When the insurance company left a tarp draped over a collapsed ceiling and walked away, All Ceilings SA stepped in and took care of everything. We laid full impact board protection across all flooring, then carried out a complete demolition and disposal of the failed ceiling — exposing the full extent of the damage. New high-density insulation was installed throughout, followed by new plasterboard, cornice, and a high-end multi-coat paint system applied to a flawless finish. The job was handed back to the homeowner spotless — full clean-up included. From insurance mess to move-in ready.

This stunning Adelaide period home had an original lath-and-plaster ceiling that had reached the end of its life — cracked, crumbling and beyond repair. We removed the entire failed ceiling, installed a laser-levelled Rondo steel grid system for a perfectly flat result, laid full insulation batts throughout, then sheeted with new plasterboard. The finishing touches brought the heritage character back to life: a traditional Victorian cove cornice, a decorative ceiling rose, recessed LED downlights, and a full high-end multi-coat paint system. The result is a ceiling that honours the home's period character while delivering the performance and finish of a brand new build.

Another classic Adelaide garage ceiling failure — the original plasterboard had reached the end of its life, sagging and deteriorating beyond repair. With the existing garage doors left completely in place throughout the entire job, we stripped out the failed ceiling, installed new moisture-resistant plasterboard, fitted new cornice, taped and flushed all joints to a smooth sanded finish, then applied a full three-coat all-weather paint system.
